NO RETREAT, its not the Russian way to retreat you would get shot if you actually retreated for the Russians so why have retreat

Conscripts need to have 4 population cap due to the fact only four of them have guns and have 6 population cap when upgraded. It simply removes the Russian way SPAM!, the Russians tactic is spam, also the conscripts should have a low health since they have a low combat experience. Bring Back The  Conscript Spam
