the T90 especially in 1.11 was way too strong.  An Infantry Halftrack would melt to it in 1 1/2 bursts.  If an ATHT treadbroke it, it didnt matter cuz the T90 outranged it and shredded it.  Its speed that it came to the field and its damage against any unit made it way too much vehicle for the price.  Look for changes in 1.2.

yea, i meant T90.  AC's and HT's melt against them.  Like previously said, it has been noted and fixed since that broadcast.

At the moment im not sure I would ever build a T70 against PE.

I can absolutely roll right over NosliwReborn with Russians against his PE.  Hes lvl 15 PE 1v1 and lvl 20 2v2AT with double PE.  This is on the pre-release of 1.2 though or I would happily show you first hand.

Right now the T90 will beat just about anything PE has.  Build 2 T90's and a SU85 and its gg.

Vetted Gren Spam actually works quite well.  MP40's on the Volks help ALOT in the early game combined with your MG's.  Once you get Vet 2 Grens Pumas are a great filler until KT comes.

The T90's damage to light vehicles is indeed too much.  Thats why I'm here, to test anything and everything and bring it to the Dev's attention.

Of course my Wehr was ownage! 

I've played much more Russians than Merlin as well so I understand their strengths and weaknesses a bit better.

All shoulder fired AT have problems hitting Pumas once they get vet3.  Its built into the Puma vet.  Only Bazookas can hit em reliably but then again Rangers often shoot the ground in front of them lol.  Take this into account if you buff accuracy towards Pumas since Puma's are a natural counter to massive inf that most Russians will have.  I personally would just leave it be for now.  They cant retreat after all, their health should be somewhat decent or else a single Nebel shot is going to pin and kill them all.  With the tweaks to Tank Hunter mines being implemented (ask Dragon if you dont know) I think it will be fine.

and the AT rifle need a bit of an improvement vs Pumas...they seem to work as they should vs other vehicles
