Hello Stewox,

thanks for you sophisticated error report. We do read every single one of them and we appreciate the effort spent on reporting problems. Unfortunately there's no useful information in your logs about what actually causes the crash, which leaves us with empty hands.
The dump file you provided leads to a crash many people report which occurs because the game fails to allocate memory. A setup with 6GB really shouldn't ever run out of memory and the fact that CoH is a 32 bit application limits the game's memory to far less than 6GB. If that limit was the reason for the crash, I would also have experienced it by now (and countless other users would have, too), but I haven't.
The fact that we don't have any access to any information about the technical features of the game is probably the biggest problem.
Nonetheless we - of course - still try to figure out what ultimately makes the game crash but up until now there is no clue, no pattern, nothing at all.

I don't speak Russian and nobody from our team does AFAIK. I deleted your post because the language to be used on this forum is English. If you still want to post in Russian language, please also post a translation. I absolutely can't help you without understanding your problem.

I suggest reinstalling EF, that might help. I haven't seen this error before and it is not as obscure as others are.

It failed to allocate memory and the most likely reason for this is that you're out of memory.

Install patch 2.602 for CoH. No other patch is supported.

It is not actually me, any developer can edit my post ;). Striking things out is our way of marking an issue as fixed ;). Normally we've got this list in our internal forums but this time we somehow don't -- and I like it this way, so you can keep an eye on the progress yourself.

Whenever we release an update, thousands of people will try to download it at once. The update is on the same server as this forum, the server is getting a huge amount of requests and response times get longer and longer until your browser takes it for granted that the server is not responding at all.
This is not specific to V1.4 but happens every time we release a major patch ;).

If EF crashes when starting the EF-launcher, disconnect your computer from the internet and follow these steps:

1) Start the EF-launcher without any internet connection.
2) Disable auto-updates in the launcher. Close the launcher.
3) Reconnect your computer to the internet.
4) Start the launcher, now everything should work as usual.
Alternatively you can go to your Company of Heroes directory, find "EF_Launcher_Config.ini", open it with Wordpad or any text editor of your choice and replace Auto_Update=True with Auto_Update=False.

The problem is that whenever a patch for EF is released, our server will be very busy and might not respond. The EF-launcher sends a message to the server to get information on possible new versions and - due to a bug - crashes when the server doesn't respond.
