General question about ostheer

The Ostheer must have Tigers Panthers and King Tigers (any turret) all those tanks foght in the eastern front

The king tiger should be able to be used by the Ostheer, for the King Tiger was to kill the larger Is-2 tank the Russians were using, but I am tired of seeing the Panther and Panzer 4 tanks coming back. Some new units be nice.
