about 1.4

I am from Hong Kong and I played the 1.4 version today on the new map Hinderdam(4) (russian x2 vs wehr x2)
I found the following problems:
1. my Ai fellow kept spamming  SU-122  (as the image shown : 6 su122 !
2. my conscript killed 12 people and still no vet.
3. command squad can still capture heavy weapons
4. I use propaganda war doctrine and when I earn enough CP for Zis-3 enplacement, what I have got is Katyusha
5. after I up-guned the KV-1, what I produced is still Kv-1

are these normal or they are bug?

1. The AI Spams because it gets stuck: When you play as soviets and upgrade a unit, but you have that unit in production it will get to 99% and halt production and "Clog" the building. Soviet AI's do this all the time.

4. Sounds like a bug to me, along with 2 and 3. You patched to 2.602, right?
5. When you upgun the KV-1 the KV-1 doesn't get an upgrade; you unlock the KV-85.

Make sure you patched up to 2.602 and installed EF correctly, if problems persist uninstall/reinstall

but su122 isn't supposed to be a call-in unit instead of a production unit?
would it also be affected?
