Russian Sniper not there

I was playing as Wehr(Crushing the puny russians under my iron treads) and i noticed the where cyan cubes that said "MISSING RGM, Let the panic begin" and it turned out it was the russian snipers and they seem to build alot of them and they were everywhere and it was quite annoying what do i do?

Maybe your installer was corrupt. Try uninstalling the mod, check if all EF files were deleted otherwise delete them by yourself. Then reinstall the mod again.
