I think a retreat button for tanks would be something very useful .

Please no.  Tank micro is what sets apart the newbs and pros.  Besides, this would have to be faction-exclusive since they aren't changing the regular game.  That in itself would be silly for the two EF teams to have inherent newb traits.

"Retreat"-button for tanks for the Ostheer would be cool, not for all. (Would that make sense at all? :D)

I wouldn't like a retreat button for tanks. Because if it is near destruction, I'd rather drive it home myself .. with the front armor in enemy direction.
If it would retreat, the tank will turn around and be a lot more vulnerable to enemy anti tank weapons.
