Whats the deal with the Soviets being changed from how they should be to a generic COH Allied power. In the beginning when the Soviets could make Engineers at lightning speed was awesome. Things were cheaper and easier to manage. The Soviets have the ability to make things faster with a reduction on quality, as it should be. I saw a Pioneer squad massacre a Ingnerey squad with minor damage. But what really got under my skin what really pissed me off was the fact that the T-34, one of the most recognized and (in my and experts opinions) one of if not the best tank of WW2 was turned in to a generic medium tank. When I first played EF the T-34 was not exactly how it should have been, but it was still a great tank. Now after I'm sure tons of whining and complaining from Axis players, the T-34 has been reduced to the stance that a Stug 4 can kill it! Axis players listen up, don't complain that now there is finally a Allied tank that can you know kill a Panther, that the designers should take down its armor and damage to that of a Cromwell so your Panzer 4's can f***en roll right in to the Soviet base with just a scratch. If you need to devise new tactics to counter a new unit then do so, don't say "This is to hard something can actuary destroy my tanks now can you make it weaker". And in the case of infantry "The Soviets make Engineers to fast they have this that and the other thing that has to make me rethink how to play the game". Do you think that Field Marshal von Palus (German commander of the 6th army in Stalingrad) could have sent a message to the Russian commander saying "I know you have 1.5 million men be can you just send them in a little bit at a time and give us more time to set up defenses so we can kill you men faster and also if you can make you tanks easier to kill" the heck he could. So what I am getting at is Designers make the Soviets back to they way they us to be and Axis players stop whining and come up with some real tactics.
