Relic Crash report for EF

I downloaded game successfully and all updates, but when i try to run a relic crash report comes up. what do i do?

OK here it is.

You must post it here RIGHT AFTER one of those crashes. This warnings.log is when you started a mod called "EuropeanTheater1944" and successfully played a match on st mere dumont.

Please move this file  "Company of Heroes\CoH\Engine\Locale\English\PattenMod.English.ucs" to "Company of Heroes/PattenMod\Locale\English\PattenMod.English.ucs" where it should be, or delete it.

That will fix it.
