cant load saved games under skirmish

i ve tried numerous times, including several deinstallation and reinstallation, to load a saved game but shortly before loading, CoH EF crashes always completly.

with all other mods (commander, blitzkrieg, BoB etc.)  there is no such problem at all.

i have CoH, CoH OF and CoH ToV completly installed and run the game under an additional account (not the admin account under which EF was installed initially).

i also tried both loading procedures, under EF launcher and directly under shortcut "RelicCOH.exe -dev -nomovies -mod Eastern_Front".

gameplay itself works great. it is only that i cant load saved games.


any idea?

Hi there,

There was a widely known bug in 1.6.0.1 that caused players not to be able to reload saved games. This bug was fixed in 1.6.1.0.

If you are trying to load a game from 1.6.0.1, it won't work, the bug still exist. (You would also be watching outdated stuff, too )

Please update to Patch 1.6.1.0 to prevent this bug from affecting you in the future.
