If it's about my post then it's japanese words mimic English words, they pronounce both the same but write in different languages. What do call it in English?

I believe you are talking about Romanji there Dan.

It uses Latin characters to convert sounds into Japanese kanji and kakatana, or something akin to that. Makes life a lot easier for learning Japanese from what I've heard.
