1. When I research the Jumbo there is a lag about 30 secs.
2. When I call it in there is a lag about 1 or 2 min.
Might be just your computer. Try tuning settings down.
3. Don't know if it is normal but the Jumbo has no barrage ability and he makes damn low damage (6 [or more] Hits for a Stug 42)
It's not supposed to have a barrage ability. It's a high explosive shell tank with a special AP round ability to activate. It moves slower than the normal sherman but at close to mid range it deals devastating damage, not to mention it has a bit more armor.
StuG 42? I hope you mean StuH 42. Try aiming for rear armor, I think Jumbo's penetration against frontal armor is less than a regular sherman's.
