Oh, right. I believe that was taken down due to excessive spam.

1) It was abandoned, and thus rather useless,
2) It was constantly spammend by irrelevant stuff.

That "wiki" thing couldn't cover anything that couldn't be covered in the forum though, could it?

That. Rizz is the one who was in charge of the page, but as he's busy he shut it off to check that later.

Well with this forum, coupled with the "wiki" thingy in the link i posted earlier (which isn't that accurate, to be honest) should be enough anyway.

EF wiki have much better that you post earlier, it's old and some inf are old like SU can't retreat or recrew MG42.

Sometimes i was checking wiki to find some inf that would help me, but now site is not working :(.

Well maybe someone knowledgeable from this forum could help out on the wiki?

I was actually thinking of compiling a few stats to add to the wiki. Also, I modified many of the unit descriptions and such. But then one sad day the wiki went down and I frowned...

Yes, tons an tons of bots created accounts daily, and was a pain to ban them and delete their creations. Looks like the captcha didn't help.

And that was making EF forums unstable.

Would you be able to help out on the wiki, GodlikeDennis? Those inaccuracies are pretty annoying, and it's not just with Eastern Front...

We don't we make a guide similar to the one we had back in the early days (before 1.10 or so if recall), but revise it with input of our community. Make sure that it cannot be spammed by bots or trolls, by giving it its own tab (in place of wiki), and then have someone in the community that the Devs can trust update it every time something new appears

I did quite a bit of work on the EF wiki but I really don't care for the company of heroes wiki. If the EF wiki were reactivated I might help out again.
