Probably your map is overloaded with objects/buildings or there's a corrupt object on the map. There's no real fix for that.

It works fine on my other computer though and all the other maps when loading on world builder just constantly crash even if there is nothing on it

Check in the Debug window of the Worldbuilder must be something like "mounting Eastern_Front.module" there. If you use Soviet wrecks and stuff you need the Eastern Front module otherwise it could crash.

Save yourself some work pal. You've already given me a tutorial on stairs  :D

Ah, I light in the darkness of my brain! ;D

Stairs are visual-only objects, so they don't create a walkable area upon them, you need to make the terrain fit the stairs elevation and angle perfectly beneath them.
Best way to reach that is this:

1) Create a clean edge using the height of the top stair and a brush size of 5/feather of 0. The edge should be at almost two-thirds of the distance from the top stair to the bottom stair.
Make sure the edge continues on both sides of the stair to prevent the ground beneath the stairs to become to low at the outer sides. This is how it should look like now:

2) Use the RMB to smooth the edge, also at the left and right side of the stair. It will cover the stairs completely first, but you can fix it by setting the first third from the bottom stair to the ground level again. Then smooth it again. after doing this 5-6 times, you should reach something equal to this:

3) Now you can add support walls to the stairs to make it look even better. The stairs work properly now.

I hope that was helpful and you could understand it  ;D

You can set down the health through edit states and hope that it has a damage model :P. However if you make it 0 then it will disappear.

Spline only, no model alone.
Ostheer is a new German faction for this mod.
It will be done when it is done.
Keep mapping and modeling.
