You should be flattered ;) And That would rock! Planet of the apes are one of the best movie series ever! ( Except the 2 new ones. They arent that good sadly ;C)
What about the American civil war? Might be kind of fail to go back in time instead of forward in a secquel I know XD

Edit: Or an early era cold war game! IS3 and Pershings as main battle tanks wooohoo! <3

With all this discussion of modern combat and new weapons and tactics, I feel like the mod Modern Combat will be kinda popular XD. Cant wait to play it

honestly the modern combat mod will show if the modern comabt works in coh or not

but even if it works its not coh any longer if its not in ww2 (just my oppinion)

If it's modern combat, I'll slit my wrists. Market is already saturated with this shit in First person shooters, we don't need it leaking like crap filled trousers onto the pristine bathroom floor tiles of strategy gaming. We have Generals 2 coming out next year, that should be enough.

We need something set in the 60's after a nuclear war. Not enough alternate history cold war games out there.

I would settle with Eastern Front WW2 as well though.

if it is based on WW2 again i want an actualy German Campaign, im sick of games always being on the allied side, it justs gets boring.

I think most games ar on the allies side b/c they were the only ones that kept winning :P. Operation Market Garden was a sucess, hence it was made the PE campaign. Im not sure there are any large scale battles or operations the Germans were sucessfull in(then again Im not as knowledgeable)

It was a sucess for the Germans b/c they managed to repel the Allies' airborne and armored forces :P. I was taking fro a German standpoint :P

So I'd probably be better to say OMG was ruined rather than sucessful for the Germans :P

Not really news. We got some vague confirmation that Relic was planning or was developing something related to CoH since CoHO was trashed last April. We were expected to have news at the end of August, but Relic kept quiet. All we want are the details.
