They're more of "Hacktivist" than anything else. I wouldn't call them anarchist. They have the ability to love unlike most people think.

(They put a guy in jail by finding out his address and his phone numbers and giving them to the police. The guy posted a youtube video of him masked and he literally beat a cat to near death. Police found it and another cat with scars near their eyes and neck etc. When Anon found the video they found all the info out about the guy, even his facebook profile and the guy got like 7 years for animal abuse. Of course, not before Anonymous had ordered nearly $50,000 worth in pizza and take out combined to his doorstep, and had to change his name because of death threats. To top it all off, one of the hackers adopted Dusty )

Had they not gotten involved police would have never found the guy I fear. He deserved to be put behind bars.

Infact, according to their code of law, a new rule was added after that incident happened

"Don't fuck with cats. Or we'll find you."

Well I doubt that, I'm a nobody. I don't even care if they do target me because unlike some people I can live without electronics and in the wilderness. I'm already a hunter, and I am getting extra survival training from my uncle so if need be I can hide in a forest.

If you want to be more broad though, they wouldn't target somebody unless they have a consensus on the fact that a person is breaking laws and/or deserves to be punished or humiliated.

While internet tend to have troll, flamer, and b**ch in forum, people with these kind of ability has some standard that they never break and honor like a hero...
If internet is a comic book, they are superhero with wisdom of "From great power come great responsibility"...
So don't worry, unless you break the law of internet (which include torture animal - cat especially) you won't be targeted...

I mean for christ sake they tortured this thing so brutally I even considered just kidnapping the guy and beating the shit outta him before turning him into the police when they posted his address. I'm not a cat lover or anything (Even though I do have one and also have had dogs/cats in the past) but that shit is wrong. There is no reason to take a 2 year cat and throw it against the wall and punch it's head in and then proceed to try and drown it in shower water. That guy deserved it.

Well abuse of power is always a poblem. When one person has all of it, history tells us what will happen (totalitarinism, 1984 anyone?)

But Im sure there are numerous "Annos" so they keep the other "Annos" in check and in balance (like our gov in the US)

No offense, but I think your point lost a lot of power when you mentioned the US government (or pretty much any government for that matter).
Check and balances and a devision of power is a good concept. It works less well however when the people in those positions just work together and tend to 'forget' that they have to do their job of actually checking and balancing the other.
