STEAM DOES NOT WORK WITH EASTERN FRONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I am very frustrated! I have always wanted to play Eastern Front mod because it looked interesting to me, but I can't play it because I have the steam version of Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor. I know there's another post on this right at the beginning but I'm not tech savvy so I don't know THE FUCKING SHIT HE IS SAYING! FUCK YOU IF YOU CALL ME STUPID OR DUMB! I don't have a clue so I don't know what to do, I'm very angry and frustrated at the fact that no matter how hard I try, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO PLAY HTE GAME! I downloaded and redownloaded BUT NOTHING WORKS! If I offended anyone then I am sorry, I am just very frustrated, I hope that's not too hard to understand.

Have patience and follow each and every step to the letter. Reread something several times if you don't get it, and if you still don't then politely ask for help. This advice will serve you well in school as well. Rather than raging and complaining, just ask for help - detailing what step you are up to and what you have tried so far.

You need to be more detailed on what went wrong or we can't help you.

Have you:
a) installed CoH on Steam (and fully updated)
b) Run CoH in steam BEFORE installing EF (done first time setup)
c) installed EF to the correct directory (program files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/commom/company of heroes)
d) Set up the command line parameters in Steam. This means to right click CoH in the Steam library and hit properties. Go to advanced and hit the button that says launch options. Bish will have to post what the command line should be because I'm not at my comp atm.
