These times for me are 12 am to 1 am and 4 am to 7 pm, pretty tight thing you set up there  I doubt I can be here this round since I'm usually going to bed 12 am and I'm not waking up before 1 pm (most of the time on weekends).

Added my times on Doodle. It might be that I'm still sleeping at 9 am in the morning at Sunday, but I doubt it, so I've added that time anyway.

Well just weather in general can effect troops. At least thats what I thought. Maybe it is just snow.
Afaik there's only snow in CoH 2 as possible weather which can evolve into snowstorms and all that. Seems like an interesting thing.

Do you see the dropdown list with all the timezones? Like Europe/Stockholm for example.
Should be put on your standard timezone. If you see it, it's enabled.
