General Discussion / AI just stopped building units

Playing against Russian for about 45m with PE and suddenly the AI just stops producing units.  I watched the replay and he had 3k MP and 800 fuel banked so it was not a resource issue.  On the Psel map fyi.  Anyone else seen this happening?

Noticed tonite that the Famo could not rebuild panthers anymore.  NM just saw that in 2.2 it was moved to the fortress doctrine.

ostheer t3 tip on modernization still says: allows panzerwerfer 42 which was moved to t4
