Same problem here (missing RGM not RGB in my case). I ran the installer again but that didn't resolve the issue.
The warnings.log file is indicating a file path error. I notice that the file path it wants (C:\Users\myName\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes) is not actually correct. On my computer the path is: C:\Users\myName\Documents\My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes. Having said that, I also noticed that the file paths that are being looked for (DLC1, DLC2, DLC3, etc) actually reside in C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes and not in Documents.
