pumas are great,just watch for those ptr teams,but you can easily harass them on larger maps...

* Increased command squad cost from 300 MP to 350 MP.
* Increased build times for engies, sturm engies, scripts, and command scripts (12, 30, 20, 30)
* Increased delay on Command Aquad arty (to 5) and reduced #  of salvos (from 15 to 12)
* Ingenery and Sturmovie Ingenery capping rate to  1
* Changed Ingenery pop to 4, Sturmovie Ingenery pop to 5
* Fixed so that Ingenery and Sturmmovie Ingenery properly displayed the amount of squad members.
* Increased cost of Sharpshooter Team to 340/350 MP.
* Increased the cost of IS-2 to 600 MP.
* Ingenery build time increased from 7 to 12
* Removed 25 starting fuel from Soviets.
* Mustering Tent fuel cost removed
* Katyusha limit to 3.
* Increased "Close Combat" CP by 1, decreased "Not one step back!" by 1 CP.
* Increased "Partisans" CP by 1, decreased "Sabotage" by 1 CP.
* Increased "Tank Riders" CP by 1, decreased "IL-2" by 1 CP.
* Limited ISU-152 to one on the field at a time.
*Mortar
4 man squad, range 75-15 no barrage ability
Global upgrade-5man crew, increased packing/unpacking speed (1.5) and barrage ability, increase accuracy by 20% and range change to 85-15
* Command Squad barrage cannot be interrupted (by movement etc.).
* Observe Requires Observer.
*Zis-2 changes to basic stats:
Damage-125
Pen modifiers vs armour types:
Panther-0.65
Panther w Skirts-0.6
Stug-0.75
Stug w Skirts-0.7
Tiger-0.65 Damage-1.2
Hetzer-0.55
Jagdpanther-0.45 Damage-1.35
*Zis-2 starts with 4 man crew
Global upgrade increases movement speed to 3.8, rotation rate reduced to 65(to be tested),crew increased to 5 and gets better chance of crits on targets(damaged weapon/engine)

* SU-100 Upgrade now with new model.

* Stalingrad: Player location fixed, optimised Performance, added fuel
 
User Interface
* French map name errors fixed.
* Deleted tutorial menu change, since the tutorial is far from completed.
* Veterancy pips added to The Armoury upgraded units.

* Changed the way update information when available is displayed.
* Improoved Feedback system

against wehr and PE,u dont have to do shit,just spam engies and command squad...U will have whole map,and within few minutes he will have to defend from his base,then u build tank building,and they are still in t1 because they dont have fuel...and it game over for them,works like a charm,tried it 2vs2 1vs1,it's game over in 5 minutes,sometimes even less...u dont need snipers,at teams...just engies and command squad are enough  >:(

I used panthers,they got killed...and if russians rush u with only engineers followed with comand squad u dont stand any kind of chance...any answer to that? since I played few games like that against PE/wehr and won in 5min max...

yesterday me and my friend played vire river against rus and US,US quit quick because he had to go,we thought,this will be 'fast' now...but in the end,russ almost did nothing,had like 10kpoints,but ai alone(with very little russ assistance) defeated us he had like 50k in the end...we were like,wtf,beaten by a ai? KT lasted like whole 15 seconds from coming in game,never saw one killed so fast...:P
