Balance Discussion / Realism Mod?

No seriously, What do you think of this idea? As many people say the mod isn't good balanced enough, because some units are overpowered or underpowered... i think we should try a realism MOD for Eastern front. Maybe it is the only way to make it really balanced because it is like real WW2, it sounds confusing but look: The Russians will have quantity, lots of many medium tanks which are really cheap but very weak too....while the Germans can ask for very powerful tanks however they are very expensive, rare and need long time to be built.
It doesn't need much effort i think, just change some armor and firpower statistics of each unit in the mod. Sadly i don't know how to work on my own MOD so i'm asking the modders from the EF Mod to do this.
I'm pretty sure many people are interested in this.
