if u lose KC and panthers against AB then thats ure problem not the airborne and again not the point

another thing, the russians lacks a good tank that has the armor penetration and dmg to take on panthers, russian armor gets swallowed up by panthers when vet3 (wehr) or full def (pe). maybe give the SU-100 some more punch, considering the t34 is like a sherman and IS tank is like a pershing. The SU looks like a tank destroyer to me but I'm not as familiar with russian tanks as the others.

i also think that the shock guards needs a buff they r getting downed by volks and grens too easy. its funny because one of the EF loading tips says exactly that =).

I saw a guy buy all ingeneries while I played as wehr and he got the upgrade for them early and it was one of the most OP early game rushes ive ever seen. My suggestion for increasing the use of munitions seems like a good way to stop this. I learnt after that this tactic was popular on GR forums from my friend lol.

Any chance on making some Operation maps? Stonewall with Russians and Wehr would be wicked! And so would Panzerkrieg.

I kno theres no stopping Ostheer from coming out but I think adding a new German faction is a bad idea because it just looks like a Wehr and PE merge with some new commander abilities. PE and Wehr already share units. I don't kno why having more Allied factions than Germans unbalance the game it just means different variety of tactics for the Allies but it doesnt mean those tactics will be better than the German ones. If you can you should just add new units to the Germans like an Elephant tank or Panzer III as a reward unit sorta thing if you can.

Still, great mod, keep up the balancing and please emphasize players, not bots. Observing actions of a player is the best way to achieve balanced gameplay which is very hard to achieve. If the bots go berserk well oh well its wat they do there dumb.

I like it when axis players cry about RR's and Airborne when they are the most easiest thing to counter, and they are the only viable option to killing armor with AT cannons and mines.

If you wont remove the cap, I'll compromise. put it at 4 max then. Thats the exact number I use. 2 AT cannons is fine too. I just dont like the cap cuz in games where manpower is tight or tanks are useless (panther spamming instead of stormtroopers or KC), airborne is the only option.

But back on EF, (sorry for airborne rant but it is a concern of mine considering it being my bread and butter since the vCoH days), I think the t90 (a wonderful early game tank) is too easy to get on high res games (being basic matches on EF, very common). Maybe a minor MP and fuel cost increase.

I agree some units like churchills and AT cannons and russian tanks need to be capped, but infantry like storms and AB should be left untouched or capped at 4-6 squads.

Before I start, great job on the mod. I get games faster on EF than I ever did on reg CoH (Basic Matches, not applying to 2v2 ATs and 1v1s AM)

Gamereplays has had a field day finding OP strats so I think theres a few solutions.

Munitions: Munitions is basically useless except for mining for the Soviets. Adding a Munition cost to abilities and Commander abilities is a neccesity. Or, for upgrades, make it so buying the upgrades from the Armory makes it possible for the upgrade to be bought for individual tanks or squads.

Sniper Ace is OP because of his speed. Make him move at normal sniper speed in stealth.\

Tanks are very well balanced however the ISU tank has issues with its cannon it doesnt fire when it should even with its slow rate of fire.

Guards and Tank Guards should have the abilities to man MGs and mortars and AT guns because lost equipment becomes free stuff for the Germans. I understand if Strelsky or Conscripts cant tho.

Thats about it rlly, I still have to play it some more. OH and get rid of the Airborne cap. I cannot emphaisized this enough. IF the 3 squad / 2 AT cannon max is inplace because of AI, then its incredibly stupid to accomadate the AI's retardness instead of actual players. Keep the reg-CoH faction stuff untouched unless Relic patches them, or I won't be on EF long.

Great mod though.
