how to fix faction? when start combat crash game, and I did not do more open now I uninstalled and am reinstalling as I do?

Hello everyone I'm Italian and I do not speak English very well. if I'm doing it I'm using a translator, however I downloaded eastern front was quiet when I make a batch and the two rival factions are shooting, the game crashes and closes like I do? thanks in advance
