I think its fine because surely the guards arnt as elite as grenadiers but should just have an edge over the volksgrenadiers

The DP mg(dunno name...but the handheld one) should be liek the BAR, as in an upgrade for a squad. Where as the ugly one(maxim...?) would be an mg team like the vickers or mg 42.

The AT rifle, i think, should be a team as opposed to an upgrade to a squad. And i agre with the other guys, about how it should have abilities simmilar to the PE's AT halftrack, ie ability to immobilise vehicles, rather gthan destroy them. It should however, be capable of destroying early game light vehicles, jeeps, motor bikes, and the variuous armoured cars.
with the Automatic AT rifle you could use it in the same way as the German AA tank where it has a sorta burst, then a reload time. or the burst should cost ammo, liek the mg's armoured piercing rounds? 7

fox holes are holes in the ground, but they are only bi enough for 2 perhaps 3 men. they could be the eqivalent of trenches, but for mg and mortar teams?

Perhaps it would be possible to not use tank traps for the russians, instead use AT trenches, a big ditch that a tank cant cross because it gets stuck. It could also function like a normal trench only slightly bigger. ie. machine guns and mortars could be placed in it?

I was thinking, maybe the russians could have mobile buildings that can set up as tents, but that could, say perhaps set up in buildings, allthough its probably a programming nightmare. This way you could encapsulate the feeling of both defensive and offensive buildings?
