Ive tried installing the patch and to no avail, I'm not sure if I'm simply not putting it in the correct place or not, i have managed to get an older version of the mod to work on the non steam version, but when i launch it, an error "cannot verify media" pops up and then shuts down the game? is there another step you know of to get around that?

I am trying to run a lan game with my younger brother using this mod, however lan is no longer avaliable on the steam version of COH so i tried to download an older version of the mod to play on the retail version that still has lan capability. however i cannot get it to start, this is extremly frustrating as i dont understand why it wouldnt work when everything says it should. can someone please help me!
