Bugs & Tech Support / EF Launcher fails immediately after start

EF Launcher fails immediately after start.
1. Had COH 2.601
2. Installed EF 1.40
3. Run EF which led to update
3. Installed patch to COH 2.602
4. Unable to run EF

Here is EF lanucher log:
