Question:

There will be some restrictions about Reward Units? All reward units are available or only some?

Hmm, I never quite considered that. Were you thinking of limiting Staghounds? What did you have in mind?

Not sure I should do that, if all players were to agree to it maybe...

Would be fair to limit Staghounds IF you limit the number of Grenadiers vet3 with Schreks.

This is a great event, i like to play a game wich means something to a bigger plan. Congratulations for making it happen and good luck.

I have some questions:

1. Allies need 80% of the territories to win. They start with how many %? Because, for example, if they start with 40%, is a extremelly unfair win condition, they could play far better, achieve 78% and loose.

2. How many people in the organization? This is much work for only one person. And i think would be good have like three to five moderators to judge somethings that rules eventually didnt predict, or cheat suspicious.

Suggestions:

1. More attacks by turn. One attack by each player looks more like WWI. I would suggest each side have at least one bonus action by turn, to match the war of mobility. Perhaps Allies could have more actions because of their historical logistic supremacy.
2. Siege. Sometimes a territory will be completelly surrounded by enemy. This faction should have limited turns to break siege(like three turns), if they couldnt do it, they loose the territory autommatically.
3. Air assault. Each side could have limited opportunities to make air assault, attacking some territory behind enemy lines.

dont compare the panther battle group with the nashorn

you have to pay very much fule in research to unlock your panthers and even then you need 1000mp to call them in
but we will have an eye on the nashorn and maybe we will change it a bit in the future if its needed

I didnt compare then, just remind theyre both absurd situations. And no, PE dont have to pay much fuel to unlock it. Lets compare:

If Wher (in utopic game) use fuel only to reach panther, will spend 35+50+50+50+110=295 and his panther is a trash without vet, gona need more fuel to buy vet;
If PE use fuel only to reach panther(wich is possible, cause he can hold with schreks+teller+hetzer) will spend 20+30+30+35+40+60+20=235, and he will get TWO PANTHERS and they gona earn vet pretty quickly because of share sistem.

Nashorn is a call-in, but replacing a buildable unit, so this change is a tragedy. Nashorn already was a overpower unit. His advanteges comparing to Flak: dont need luftwaffe squad, instantly called in, mobile, more easily to keep vet(cause Flak crew dies easily with the vet lost forever).

Yes, 2 fuel per minute, so if he stays in game for 45 minutes will reach his old fuel cost. By the way, if you have three Nashorns, and got completelly cutted, your income of fuel gona be -1?

Panther battle group without fuel cost already is absurd, now we got two major absurds

I didnt play it yet, but already noticed that the Nashorn non-fuel cost is a pathetic change.

Also, you are contradicting yourself. If we cannot get decent balancers how are we going to balance, let's say US vs US? Does allowing such proposal helps EF at all?

Unless you want a mindless game, everything here needs balance.

I hope the first question is a joke. Helps cause more players gona join, running away from Vanilla unbalance or looking for something new.

I dont want a mindless game, i just feel sad to log in on EF, found 3 or 4 skirmishes and no basic matchs.

So, i have to create a new topic for have a answer?

The reasons(but not all of then):
First of all, the vanilla game balance is a trash, and looks like EF dont wanna change vanilla things;
Second, you never gona find the necessary number of imparcial high skilled players. Everyone have his favorite faction and most people gona try benefit his own.
Third, COH is so complex that should have one balance for 1v1 and another completelly different for 2v2

First of all, my english is bad, sorry for it.

To me theyre not OP, theyre bugged, a good idea and bad execution. In 2v2 nobody is OP as Vanilla Brit.

The first problem: they should have their own doctrines;

Second: Liutenant costing 25 fuel ruins the game, since they dont have the bonus resources locking territory. Add this fuel cost to the Glider. The IS are weaker, making then more dependent of Liutenant, you loose one Lt, you often loose the game. The Lt are very vulnerable, i frequently loose a vet2 full health to one main gun shot maximun range from a panther with no vets, and the schreks also have "luck" against then. And the RMC Lt should not have "fire up" in any vet level.

Third: The Jeeps are good idea, but they should come as two separated units, like panther battle group. Recoiless Rifle should not shoot on movement and have range nerfed.
