I have an idea about Ostheer Veterancy , if is possible try this : VETERAN 1-after 20 minutes of gameplay all units and tanks receive veteran 1.
VETERAN 2-after 40 minute of gameplay all units and tanks recive veteran 2 . "Let's say after 1 year of aggressive fight on Eastern Front they gain enough experience"
VETERAN 3-after 55-60 minutes they receive veteran 3.
Remeber one normal game lasts 15-45 minutes .. i think the player have enough time to receive veteran 3
.
