Need some basic info for soviet

Is there some kind of guide anywhere for soviet unit stats?
I have various questions like what are the vet bonus' for soviet infantry?

and tons of questions regarding armor

There is no complete and unified guide on the mod, which is probably right, since there are all sorts of changes appearing from patch to another.
Try searching through changelog: find some initial info on the stats, then follow it as it changed with time.
Or you can use a programme, called corsix mod studio, to open eastern_front.module file and find any current stat you want there.

The programme is free, available through the internet, and rather easy to comprehend, to some extent.

I try this programe now. if im figure it out dont know why i wouldnt then I can read all the info/stats finally
