I have patched it to 1.01. And my friend did it too, except he did it like 4 hours later. From the launcher.
But apparently we can't join each other's games. Did something got added after?
I tried "check for update" from the launcher, it says i'm up to date. My friend did that too, same results.

I tried troubleshooting by downloading from ModDB and reinstalling. But still doesn't work. WEIRD!
