Russian DP-28 Machine Guns

As seen in Eastern Front when you have the choice of either PPSH-41's or DP-28's the DP-28 improves short range, when infact it was a weapon used for medium range.

Range- 800m=.26 miles

So in my opinion I think the DP-28 upgrade should say Improves Medium/Long Range.

Its just a suggestion, I think it would be good.

800m does not equal 2.6 miles, 300m doesn't even equal a quarter mile, but thats not the point, I totally agree, it should be the equivalant of the MG34 LMG, but since it has a slower fire rate than the MG34 it should be more deadly the farther away the enemy is, but less the closer the enemy gets.

Wouldn't that mean you are more accurate? its kinda stupid in that respect of its not at deadly the closer you are, wouldn't that mean you have a sniper MG but can't hit anything because of a minimum range? A) He edited the post since last I posted. It WAS 2.6 smartass, and the .26 isnt even correct, 800 meters is half a mile, do some research dumbass. (not you GonTo30, I was simply trying to correct you, youre cool man) This HggHg4 needs to get his head screwed on correctly and get his head out of his ass. Before you correct someone be sure you know the entire story, dont just run in like a retard on steroids.

B) I was thinking in game terms, think about VolksGrenadiers, they can beat Riflemen in a long range battle but come up close the riflemen will win. So a DP-28 will win a range battle versus a MG34 but if the MG34 closes in, the DP-28 will loose.

The strelaky DP28's are not any worse than the grens mg42s except for maybe if they have 2 42s but that's 150 munis and you only have to pay 200 for it to be permanent

just yesterday my strelkys with DP-28s (they were in green cover...) killed a Puma
the axis-player was a total n00b and didnt notice how I raped
his Puma, but my strelky lost 5 men, just 3 were left

I was being polite toward GonTo30, in my first post there was not one impolite word, however when Hgg started posting on here was not polite, he told me to stop posting simply because he was trying to be a "hero". I simply put him in his place.
