When ever I play against the AI in vCoh I had almost no problem against the expert AI. When playing as the Soviets, the Wehrmacht tends to spam stugs, geschultz wagons, paks, and infantry, and they are massed up and my games now are from 35 minutes to 1-2 hours against the expert computer. I am able to win some games (they tend to be very long) but what is the difference between the AI in the vCoh and EF!
