Famous last words, Voop, after I crush your head
 with a thousand T34's ;)
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity

We are looking for generic war-film music with a Soviet twist. You don't hear 'Rule Britannia' nor 'Yankee Doodle' when you play as the Allies, so we need to follow this example for the Soviets.

 I vote too.
A little catchy, a little genetic, a little soviet union going to
war. Now there's just the issue of copyrights ;)

That RA3 song isn't a WWII era song - it was made specifically for RA3. Half of it is gibberish or doesn't make sense.

That doesnt matter. The point of the intro music is the feel (and neutrality apparently). This is both neutral and has that "Russian" feeling. Only problem is copyrights

No no, that Soviet March song from RA3 is not going into this Mod... its a good song, but it was made for a game that was exaggerated to the extreme. As TheBomb says... half of the lyrics are absolute gibberish... that's not going to please our Russian speaking friends  :P

If anything (and there's no fear of copyright breaching), we'll go for a wartime or war themed Soviet song.
