But I dont see mortars barrage option , even I upg. mortar crew ...

It looks like it will be the best patch so far. This is pretty much all I hoped for and far more.
I will unfortunately not be able to play the game for another two weeks. :-(

The only three things I worry about now is
1. Bugs: With a large change like this their are always some.
2. Russia still tech very fast, with doesn't go well with the idea that they should be strong in the endgame.
3. With so many change at once something is going to be OP or UP. I do however think that it was neccesary with a big change like this to get the communities interessted in the patch again. Good call by the devs.

Once again great work guys, I can't wait to try it out myself.

 there. But I'll have to play with it to judge. I TOTALLY agree
 on the Stuka-PE upgrade costing 100 MP and not 150 MP

 - Aw. The way you made the Russians, it seems as if they'll
 ressemble the Americans now. 3 vet? I'm sad you didn't try
 the hero system I had developped... ;) Akin to a weak british
 vet system. But instead of 'officers' using 'Hero' units
 (First one to vet gains an 'aura' of +1 vet but there can
 only be 1 type of hero at a time)(Infantry or Tank).

  And being limited to 1(+1) vet. That way, keeps the feel
 of 'many' not as good quality (with heros thrown in that

  Would have given them vet while keeping them original.
 Right now, very much seems like trying to emulate USA.
 And Strelsky should be able to build some defenses, no?

 - Should have taken this patch as opportunity to give 'em

I see the Dev's did all 4 of the fractions, the main vet is the Americans. But if you have a commander squad it makes the troops stronger so that's British. Then on the commander you get to choose defensive or offensive 3 times so that's PE, then last theres a armoury that upgrades people so that's Wher. Pretty neat. But now that idea is 1 less for the obsteer :D
The Russians think there sooo tough, wait till the Ostheer comes...

 - Hmm, Sherman-105 is too cheap. It's very kickass.
 I know turret speed sucks (as it should) but, still...
 should it still have shovel? Seriously, cap it at least, or
 something. I can EASILY see using the Sherman-105
 instead of the Sherman-75. Big time, too. -100 MP +5 fuel?
 - Jumbo should perhaps be 10 pop not '8'. And I don't see
 how it's shells are much different (HE) from normal.

Perhaps this is a bit off topic, but i cant get the patch to work. I downloaded it (not from launcher) and every time I click on its icon my computer freezes and my desktop closes. Any ideas?

MG units is not needed too, They have MG tank T-90 ...

1. Soviet army already have MGs during war.
2. Other factions have it, & this point take them advantage. (Changing position & close fire support.)
3. Numbers do not take advatage.

During one battle i defend the line for a long time with 1 STUG, 2 AT-guns, 1 nebelwerfer, 1 MG & 2 inf. platoons (later 2 Stugs & artillery support) against 3-5 shermans & sniper/inf.platoons (every 5-10 minutes). Snipers & inf platoons attack AT-guns, tanks attack front & flanks of the defence line.
It was 2X2 game, & my defence will attacked with both of players, my positions - the key to flank & crush main heavy defence line (i need to regain control & rebuild for all the front) for time winning & scrap the Germ. tank army for couterattack. Both sides take a heavy loses, but win is already in gem. hands. (For those time i don't know about Eastern Front & only beginning.)

Only network malfunction take an end to this battle.

For week i spend a time to the tast not usual tactics ... enchance troops for good fighting, ... that was tactical error. Nazi troops quick produce mobile forces & drive back our defence. That was very hard to stabilise the front.
No advancing, quick produse, without MGs & mortars take average chances to stop nazi blitz, than front tank attack with SU support.
Simple, heavy, but close to the therm "effective".
