But... will it use cannon fire or just a straffing run,
personally its no big deal,

Just a strafing run. It think the Sturmovik was going to be a Rocket Attack aircraft to begin with, but we scrapped it for Bombings and strafing runs. The IL-2 ability works like the PE Henshel.

Ok, so attacks enemy armor in the area with the spinning donut, cool,

But now much muntions does it cost to use it? or is it free with a 8min cool down?

Btw I got my info from a dev comment (actually I think it was Burro) on mod db, so Im pretty sure I got it

Its free with a very long cool down, as with all these traditional Muni heavy abilities. I'm not entirely sure how long the cool down is, 15-20 minutes I think, i'll have to check it.

 long cooldown :p I like it actually
