Short and to the point- The Sniper Ace, because of his MP, CP, and Pop. count cost, should come with the Artillery Spotter upgrade already upgraded.

IMO it's too expensive and too fragile,and just can't find the upgrade they've changed

I think the SA is fine the way it is just lower the cost some.

or they could have it where if a said sharpshooter team survives long enough and gets enough kills they then become aces.
