keep seeing the relic hint sometimes while waiting for skirmish to load asking if I have tried using the EF rewards units.I havent seen any wondering if they can be accessed or just a teaser......On the bounce never give up never surrender

i have a problem. i have installed eastern front but the soviet army is locked. could someone explain me why? and how i can unlock. please!
