NEW-Red Army-Concept

1-Command squad >3 man elite squad (like knight cross)
Abilities - binocular,suppress immunity,heroic charge(break suppression for friendly units),sprint (move fast for short period,but move slow short time after sprint expire)
Weapons - one pistol,one rifle,one SMG.

2 - 120mm mortar > 3+1(crew+medic) man squad with slow rate of fire,powerful explosion and low/medium accuracy
abilities - 30% longer range than any mortar,don't reveal position in fog of war when shooting,mortar barrage after upgrade(rapid shooting > 5-8 powerful explosive bombs with low accuracy)

3 - ZIS-2 > 3+1(crew+medic) man team with entrench ability after upgrade.

4 - PTRD team > 4 man healthy squad,with powerful bonus against vehicle but low damage to tanks and low/medium accuracy against infantry
abilities - can build small special trench >four seats>1 squad (empty british mortar emplacement),get special molotov cocktail after upgrade able to damage engine from tanks

5 - support building to be transformed in slow moving but healthy truck
abilities - secure one sector and reinforce units

6 - ISU-152 recruited from tank factory and IS-2 to take his place in breakthrough

7 - lower even more health for conscripts but increase their damage and accuracy after upgrade(short living dangerous foes;especially when used in masses)

8 - heavy howitzer can produce one cheap stealthy unit for scouting (infantry or vehicle)

9 - propaganda doctrine to allow roadblocks

10 - medic truck to be quipped with AA Mg (loose healing ability and his purpose).

11 - strekely(or guards)get ability "guard the commander" (retreat to command squad) after upgrade

12 - upgrade call in artillery from snipers to cost 150 mun but number of shells to be doubled(powerful late period weapon)

13 - one special upgrade to be available(300 Mun/300Fuel) after researching all upgrades for units,increasing pop cap by 30%

1.) Isn't it make them too strong? Unless they become late unit.
2+3.)  If medic put there, it will really difficult to kill them. I believe it not really necessary... 2nd question, when 2 members die and only 1 crew and 1 medic left, what will happen?
4.) what is healthy squad? aren't all squad healthy squad?
5.) I think a base truck should be British only... Only my opinion though...
6.) I can't really comment this, but isn't ISU-152 suppose to be the soviet beast? I am not an expert in history, so sorry for the mistake.
7.) For me, conscript the way they are now is fine.
8.) I guess this one fine.
9.) This one I agree with... However, this must replace the trenches... I believe it should British only...
10.) Is it an upgrade or change the medic truck?
11.) I think "no retreat" is the uniquest thing from soviet union and I don't want to change it...
12.) Sniper is fine... In my opinion...
13.) Another point I agree with...

1 - Can't be too powerful,because have no light artillery strike,two from three weapons are for close range,and firepower is reduced(-2 soldiers).This squad is equal in number with PE(at beginning) and without support can have difficulties.His purpose will be most for countering Mg,hunting AT guns,scouting(with binoculars),and breaking suppression from allied units.

2-3 - this medic just will give them little more chance for surviving,but surely will not make them OP,because one mortar or howitzer,or grenade,or automatic close range will kill them in a second.This medic will be without any weapon and will become crew when one crew remain alive.In fact,this team will be killed fast in short range by any infantry,because will be just one rifle for defending artillery piece.

4 - i say little more healthy for little more chance in doing their job against vehicle,but also i told to be ineffective against tanks,and without protection will be just a prey for infantry(low accuracy).

5 - idea with support truck,is to make them to reflect their aggressive tactic.Also this change can force player to think twice if choose to build support car or tank factory first.Support car will reinforce units near to the front,secure one resource,and bring support units in short time.Tank factory will build faster armored units who can travel distances faster,and bring so appreciated mobility and firepower where is need.

6 - ISU-152 from tank factory will not be a bad thing,because usually in medium period of the game,germans bring panthers who are able to destroy any armored resistance without any problem,and zis-2 are easy to flank,and PTRD squad is fragile against such firepower.IS-2 will become a russian beast and is nothing historical wrong in that.Will be just a beast more flexible.ISU-152 will be just more powerful and expensive AT than SU-100.Will become available just after SU-100 upgrade.

7 - the idea with conscripts is told even by moderators > cheap unit dangerous in masses.They are in some way,but i think if they will have even less health but more damage and accuracy,his wave attack will have some importance,because usually they die without killing too many enemies.

8 - is ok than.Anione think in other way ?

9 - trenches is very important to stay,because no defensive tactic can be made without trench.

10 - medic truck will disappear,becoming AA Mg truck(unable to shoot in ground units),and healing job will be done by medics from artillery pieces.Also T-90 will be used just against infantry or light armored vehicles.

11 - russians usually don't care about conscripts in assault,but trained or elite soldiers are used with little more attention.I think this change will bring no problem in balance,but will give little more chance for survival and tactical options,because command squad can be somewhere near to the enemy base,and units who get this command will run at he for supporting attack.Will be excellent for this ability to be available just if command squad is in enemy territory,becoming an aggressive ability...not defensive.They will not run away from battle,they will run in battle,after his brave commander of course.

12 - maybe....

13 - ok...other opinion ?

Why does there need to be a new Red Army list? the current one is good enough. Just 'cos you can't win with them doesn't mean they suck, i think it implies something about your skill. And it doesn't matter that you posted this anyways since the devs won't be altering the current (already good) Red Army faction to suit what you want.

I don't complain anything.
I just suggest something.

This suggestions also cover complains of many people from here about early and late balance of soviets.
It is just a concept for polishing already made concept...with more details.

For example is unique ability no retreat and no recrew of heavy weapons,but this things come with other problems.

Anyway...it seems more than 80% of the people from here are considered idiots by most developers,and all goodwill is rewarded in most cases with rudeness,insults or harsh critics.

It seems to be a waste of time to post here.
Maybe this mod is made just for they and their friends.

What is suggested by me is considered minor change.

No new models suggested
No new skins suggested

Just switching some minor things who already exist...or giving some abilities.

The only thing I would prefer changed is  a global timer on Snipers.... they are the only unit you need with arty they can take on armor, just need to cloak and BOOM!
