Need advice

As you may or may not know I have been working on a WW1 mod on the side for the TW series.

Then one day some fools come to the twc and start taking material and members because they are the new proclaimed "hip" mod. Now its not enough that they have taken our members and material and support they have tried to frame us with this ill conceived plan to get our mod for plagrizing and when I simply state the facts about us being around long before their mod even exist they simply plug their ears then say "na na na na" not exactly what they say but it is what the mean just different word choice.

Seriously it pisses me off and if I weren't in college for the summer I may had taken it further and tried to report them but didn't. Just shows a clear lake of maturity in that series and its supposed "fans" but then again CA are not so bright either..

Think I may just move my resources here and focus on EF it seems to have better and more mature community, don't want to have to listen to immature 12 year olds with their ill fated logic or lack thereof. what do you think?

hmm quite a fix you've gotten yourself in. one thing I have to wonder is how did they gain access to all of your material?

Edit: and remember all that are younger are not immature heck, I'm just now going to ** and have references to Norse Mythology. I do agree that most 12,13 & 14 year olds are complete and utter idiots, however I did say 'Most' not all.

Am not kidding either. That really hurt my feelings. Now I feel like am not part of this community and that am just some inmature 12 year old. I hate how people judge people on there age. You know why I didnt post my age on my accont? Well know you know.

Its not about that, its just simple fact that most 12 year olds or ie those who have not yet started to mature are like this , not sure on the exact numbers here but I can assure for the US this is true.

This is about the fallacy that they have created that because they are new they can make such baseless claim and try to "destroy" the mod we had long established, its pretty damn pathetic I must say but anyway that just shows the complete lack of maturity and logic on their part.

BWahahaha , don't worry Seeme , I'm a Yankee too (I'm from Illinois ,I even pronounce it El-en-oi ) and am also within the idiot age range , I understand your reasons for not putting your age, when people see that you are younger than 15 , they tend to lose respect for you. I'm going to 8th grade next year and have a whopping friend count of 2 (within 1750 Miles) . I find that kids my age on average are morons that believe themselves to be superior to Egyptian Pharoahs.

I would be glad to help aswell Sovereign, ofcourse it might take me awhile to get the proper tools and get an understanding of modding ( I have %1 experiance, the most I did yet was modify some SH2 sound files so the Maceman doesn't sound like a skinhead, and I made a couple of Google Sketchup models. meh, I didn't say I would be useful but I'm always ready to help.)

Well tbh I don't think I will continue working on it or I will wait it out and work on it later when the proper converters/tools come... (yes they have yet to even release them to their "fanbase")

First I have done quite a bit about it and haven't 'taken it lying down'. Ironically enough I tested a theory of mine that all this "co-creater" wanted from me was a type of defeatist apology, soo I pmed him with my own pseudo apology with several hints and clues in it and sure enough he bought it and is now satisfied. lol

I used to think that people who were 'code monkeys' had to be smart and or sensible sorta geek like people but this nitwit debunks that theory entirely.

Well they didn't neither did we that's the irony of it.

The only thing they have to go by in their pursuit is unsubstantiated claims that by using screenshots of their work that it goes as plagiarizing but if this were the case then I wouldnt have mentioned the mod and the names of all those who worked on the material in the first place..

 Also I have decided to work on it again but will do the bulk of the work when the sdk comes, if ever...

wait wait wait, so You posted pictures of their work and they said that you said that it was your work ? I'm very confused because you said in the main post that they stole your members and material, but now you say that they didn't.
