Missing changelog about veterancy of some new units in patch [1.4]

Sorry about this, but I try to search but dont see any posts/thread about:
Naval Infantry veterancy
Kv-1/Kv-85, Su-122 (maybe same with T-34, Kv-2) veterancy
Soviet Firebase veterancy
And Zis-3 support gun veterancy
Guards/Red Guards are modified, will they have new veterancy too?

Currently KV-1 and KV-85 vet is bugged XD... but they will have the same vet than T-34s.

SU-122 has the same vet than KV-2 IIRC.

NI in 1.4 have rifle vet (which includes +50% damage at vet3). In the next patch they have the same bonuses but watered down a little.

Guards will have the same vet.

I think this topic is not need anymore. Just post their veterancies in next patch's changelog.
