It would be an mg34 firing the 7.92 round. With about 800-900 rounds per minute?However I have read that those were loaded with ammo drums with 50 rounds. However it did exist ammo drums with 75 rounds that were modifyed.And I Think this werent so effective. You had hard time aiming with them . You only had a little periscope :3
Imagine a COH with realistic tank MGs.. AT infantry would have a hard time getting close to your tanks..
