yes, @dreamerbg, because Simply loading the game has stopped. I have had to restore the system. Now, I'm trying the launcher. Before the Desura, I tried at modbd and I had problems.

So whats this 1114mb update on the launcher? 1.7.0.0 full exe... will that mean i wont have to download from a mirror?

But the wait was well worth it :) nice one devs keep up the good work! Thank goodness the Russian sniper now has a mosin nagant! and still no British sniper ah well... Marksman it is....

Well, I wouldn't rule it out. I personally think changing some vCoH stuff like skins and sounds would keep the mod from becoming stale, at least for a little while. Not in the next update though, maybe sometime in the future.

Instead of changing skins, what about changing models? Yauz did that with his skinpack by using PanzerII as AC car. So Stats remain the same but models are varied. Ofc there must be a button in the installer to use this feature and to deinstall it again, without deinstalling the mod.

We would need to have a decent panzer II first ;D. Let alone than adding things like that break EF. I wonder if that has to do with not using sga files for the mod files.

Seriously, I'm not against adding reward units that act like that, however, the reward unit menu will have too much stuff XD.

No i meant a skinpack, not reward units. BKmod made a similar thing by asking you in the installation if you want to use HD skins.

We could probably do a few things like that, but it would take more time than changing skins or sounds, there's plenty of sound and skin packs out there I'm sure people would have no issue with us using, but decent new models that aren't rips from other games are hard to come by so we'd have to make them ourselves.

It is not the same thing at all. BK packs normal quality skins and HD skins but at the end both are the same thing just different quality. So this would be completely different... Yauz is not changing a texture, he is adding a whole new model to CoH while the BK mod only replaces their normal textures with a better ones.

Also, if you want to use the sdkfz. 222 once more you would need to reinstall EF. Doing an alternate skin pack that only changes the textures of the models like BK did might be a cool addition, however, swapping whole models with such method might not.

Sadly, sync errors are produced when trying to load replays from older versions. I guess you tried to load a replay which you recorded before 1.702?
